Unfairly maligned as a lesser Kong , the Dino De Laurentiis-produced, John Guillermin-directed 1976 King Kong is actually a ton of fun. Starring a smoking hot Jessica Lange, a pre-Lebowski, long-haired and bearded Jeff Bridges, and a great love-to-hate Charles Grodin performance, this Kong doesn’t try to remake the ‘33 classic note for note, but rather updates it for the “Me Generation” of the 70s. Cinema’s most beloved giant gorilla – brought to life by some incredible Rick Baker suits and massive to-scale animatronics – is captured as a by-product of an oil company’s greed, and meets his fate on top of the World Trade Center. Add to that a stirring score by John Barry and you have a Kong that stands tall in the pantheon of giant monster cinema, and is deserving of a big screen re-evaluation!
The men's world record has been improved upon twelve times since electronic timing became mandatory in 1977. The current men's world record of s is held by Usain Bolt of Jamaica, set at the 2009 World Athletics Championships final in Berlin , Germany on 16 August 2009, breaking his own previous world record by s. The current women's world record of s was set by Florence Griffith-Joyner of the US, at the 1988 United States Olympic Trials in Indianapolis , Indiana, on 16 July 1988 breaking Evelyn Ashford 's four-year-old world record by .27 seconds. The extraordinary nature of this result and those of several other sprinters in this race raised the possibility of a technical malfunction with the wind gauge which read at m/s- a reading which was at complete odds to the windy conditions on the day with high wind speeds being recorded in all other sprints before and after this race as well as the parallel long jump runway at the time of the Griffith-Joyner performance. All scientific studies commissioned by the IAAF and independent organizations since have confirmed there was certainly an illegal tailwind of between 5 m/s - 7 m/s at the time. This should have annulled the legality of this result, although the IAAF has chosen not to take this course of action. The legitimate next best wind legal performance would therefore be Griffith-Joyner's performance in the final the next day.
I’ve been addicted to painkillers since I was at school I started off with a couple of I began taking a couple more, and more and after about a year or so I would take a strip of 10 at a after around a couple of years I found I was still getting a buzz but I was having to take about 15 solpadol’s at a time and even then it would only last for a couple of I started taking Tramadol the first time I took 4 30mg capsules and I got a subtle buzz that lasted for a few hours,After a couple of months though I was having to take more to get the same feeling until just like with the Solpadol’s I was taking a strip of 10 30mg capsules at a was about 4 years ago though and up until 5 days ago I was getting through around 60 30mg capsules of Tramadol a ’ve stopped completely now though but I can’t stop sweating,I feel utterly awful and the last 3 nights I’ve practically cried myself to sleep,So I was actually coming online to order some more but I saw this site and I know it’ll be terrible but I’ll try to hold out for a bit don’t expect or want any sympathy I’m a 25 year old guy who hasn’t worked a day in his life were well off so I’ve never needed the money everything should be good but since I’ve stopped taking the painkillers I’m thinking what have I been doing ? I’ve been left behind all my friends have moved on and I’m still at home and not really caring because I was so heavily medicated but with no painkillers I’m having to face reality and it’s extremely depressing.(Sorry this is too long it was longer but I deleted some stuff I had written about my little sisters being spoiled brats and quite a lot of other stuff (Including a couple of funny dreams) to make it shorter sorry anyway I talk way too much. x
